Mail-In Donations
***At this time, Miracle Diapers does not have the capacity to repair diapers. Please know that if you donate diapers in need of repair, they will either sit in our warehouse or we will offer them, free, on Craigslist or Freecycle. We would hate to see you lose money on shipping for diapers that you can offer for repair for those who need them in your community.***

To make it easier on our volunteers, please make sure you fill out this donation form so that we can have a record of the items you are sending. This form will also assure that you receive a tax receipt if needed.

If you so choose, we will provide you with a receipt for tax purposes. Please note that charitable donations are not deductible if you do not itemize your taxes. If you file EZ forms, your donation will not be deductible. If you do not plan to itemize your taxes, please choose “no” for a tax receipt. It will save us much cherished time. We issue receipts once per quarter, if you do not receive a receipt by the end of the quarter (March, June, September, December) you donated, please contact us.
Sending a package?
Donations: Please fill out our form that includes a list of the items you are donating, whether or not you would like a receipt, your name, address, and an email address. If you would like a paper receipt, please list this information in your package as well as a note stating that it is a donation.
Recipient Returns: If you need to return your diapers, and you received them AFTER September 2008 and BEFORE January 2010, please contact your Chapter Manager for an electronic “Return Form” to fill out. You will be sent a return label via email. If you are retuning diapers that you received before September 2008, please do not send them back to your Chapter Manager – ship to the address above (return shipping was not included in your fee, so you are responsible for returning them on your own dime). If you received your diapers after January 2010, please contact your Chapter Manager for further instructions. In all return package, please include your name, address, email address, and your chapter number as well as a note with what size you need next.
